  5. Add beef to crock pot. Cook for at least four hours.
  6. This is the Chili after cooking overnight. I had to add 1 1/2 cups water.
  7. Garnish with cilantro, masa chips, and a little sour cream.

Season with chili powder, parsley, salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Stir in beef stock, kidney beans, black beans, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cumin and hot sauce; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
