The ingredients needed to make Teriyaki Chicken Pizza:
  1. Make ready 1 large Pizza Base *Try my ‘Super Quick Pizza Base’
  2. Take 2-3 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
  3. Get 2 Shiitake Mushrooms OR Button Mushrooms *thinly sliced
  4. Make ready 2 tablespoons finely chopped Onion
  5. Prepare 100 g Mozzarella Cheese OR Pizza Mix *shredded or torn into small pieces
  6. Prepare 1/4 sheet Toasted Nori *cut into fine strips
  7. Get Teriyaki Chicken
  8. Make ready 350-400 g Chicken Thigh Fillets
  9. Take 1 pinch Salt
  10. Make ready 1 teaspoon Oil
  11. Make ready 1 tablespoon Mirin
  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon Sugar
  13. Get 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  14. Make ready 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar *optional

Ingredients include prebaked pizza crust, teriyaki sauce, cooked chicken and bacon. Cut and steam broccoli until just tender. As for this pizza - I used leftover chicken teriyaki and our no fail pizza dough. Toss on some onion and bacon and boom!

Instructions to make Teriyaki Chicken Pizza:
  1. Combine Mirin, Sugar, Soy Sauce and Rice Vinegar (*optional) in a small bowl. Lightly season Chicken with Salt.
  2. Heat Oil in a frying pan, and cook Chicken until golden. Remove excess Oil using paper towel if you want to do so, then pour the sauce over and keep cooking until the sauce thickens. Transfer to a plate and cut into small pieces.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  4. Thinly spread Japanese Mayonnaise over the Pizza Base. Mix Mushrooms slices and Chicken pieces with the sauce, and scatter over the Pizza Base evenly. Add finely chopped Onion and Mozzarella (OR Pizza Mix).
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until nice browned. Sprinkle with shredded Toasted Nori and enjoy.

As for this pizza - I used leftover chicken teriyaki and our no fail pizza dough. Toss on some onion and bacon and boom!
