I was craving for Pav Bhaji last weekend……So went to a near by bakery just to eat this chat and unfortunately Pav bhaji Once ur veggies are boiled and kept ready pav bhaji can be done in a jiffy. Serve pav bhaji with additional butter and diced onion.

Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
  1. In a pressure cooker add all chopped veggies,except capsicum and tomatoes,add little salt and water boil till 4 whistles.
  2. Take a pan add butter add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and stir,sidewise mash potatoes,mash boiled veggies.Now add all veggies in it and mix add all spices,lemon juice,except pavbhaji masala.
  3. Add little water and cook lastly add pavbhaji masala.While serving add onion,coriander,lemon slice and 1tsp butter
  4. For pav-Take a pan add butter and roast bun and cut in middle and serve.
