  4. Start by dipping 6 to 8 wings into the batter and fry for 8 minutes. Remove to a wire rack and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes.
  5. When you have fried all your wings crank the temp to 375 while they rest
  6. Add the wings back to the fryer and fry for an additional 8 minutes or until desired doneness

There's no wrong way to eat a wing, but here's how you can get the most meat off the bird. If you have never tried Korean fried chicken, you are in for a treat. These wings are dipped in a thin batter and fried twice — which gives them an extra crunchy exterior — and brushed with a spicy-sweet sauce spiked with plenty of ginger and garlic.
