  8. DO NOT OVERMIX! will interfere with rising process (over manipulated flour doesnt rise well)
  9. Grease muffin tins or baking dish
  10. Batter may be on the wetter side- looks something like pancake batter.
  11. If using muffin tins, fill to line.
  12. Bake for 30 mins or until done (Should be golden brown and knife should come out clean when muffin is pearced)
