  8. Make ready 4 Cherry tomatoes
  9. Take 20 grams Pizza cheese
  10. Take 1 Salt and pepper

In a frypan, melt butter and saute onion and garlic (if using) until soft. In a large bowl, combine eggs, whipping cream and spices; beat until very well combined. Roll out pastry to fit the pie plate. Sprinkle the onion/garlic mixture into the bottom of the pie shell, then chopped bacon then top with grated cheese.

Steps to make Quiche with Frozen Puff Pastry:
  1. Prep: Cut the ingredients for the filling into bite-size pieces. Blanch the spinach and potato (you could use a microwave oven). Bring the frozen pastry to room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, pizza cheese, salt and pepper. When the blanched vegetables have cooled enough, add to the bowl.
  3. Saute the sausages and onions in a pan and cool to room temperature. Add to the bowl (Step 2) and combine well.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry. Line the crusts side by side on a tart pan and press into the bottom and the sides. Poke holes with a fork and pour in the filling mixture and top with cherry tomatoes.
  5. Bake in a 390°F/200℃ oven for about 25 minutes and it's done.
  6. Enjoy your piping-hot, just-baked quiche!

Roll out pastry to fit the pie plate. Sprinkle the onion/garlic mixture into the bottom of the pie shell, then chopped bacon then top with grated cheese. In the pie dish, add in the bacon, green onion, and kimchi then pour in the egg mixture. Roll puff pastry out to larger than the size of your pie plate. Press pastry into the pie plate, folding over, stretching and squishing until it fits, trimming if desired.
