  2. Whisk egg, milk, oil & mashed bananas in a med bowl.
  3. Add to the dry ingredients bowl along with the frozen blueberries and stir until just combined. (DO NOT OVERMIX)
  4. Line your muffin pan with paper cases and scoop the mixture amongst the cases.
  5. Into a preheated oven bake for 20-25mins or until the skewer comes out clean.
  6. Allow the muffin to cool and serve
