Instructions to make Moogdhal bath:

1. Grind the moong dhal with 200 ml milk as fine paste.
2. Heat a pan, add the butter and add ground paste, stir continuously for 10 mins. Then add semolina and stir another 5 mins. The mixture will turn into brown.
3. At the same time boil the remaining milk with sugar, add colour and pour into the fried dal, use spatula, stir and cook in medium flame until milk and dhal paste combine completely.
4. Add fried cashews and essence, transfer into a bowl, garnish it with dry fruits and serve.
