  2. Shred turkey. Heat cast iron skillet with oil.
  3. Heat corn tortilla till its almost hard..🤣🤣🤭. Flipping it once or twice so it doesn't split when you fold it..
  4. Add turkey. Fold. Then fry to your liking (we like ours crispy)
  5. Line baking sheet with paper towels to absorb grease..
  6. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and even avocado..
  7. Enjoy!!

Cook- Cook for a few minutes until turkey is heated through. These leftover turkey tacos are spicy and delicious! They're a little spicy because they have both adobo sauce and chipotle chilis in adobo. The creaminess of the cheese counterbalances it nicely though, so for those of you (like me) who are a bit of a wuss when it comes to spicy food, don't worry - these won't be too much for you! These tacos call for shredded turkey leg, but if that was the first part of the bird to go, you can use whatever you have leftover!
