  16. Take 6 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
  17. Prepare Optional: Shredded cheddar cheese, taco sauce, salsa, guacamole, sliced red onions and sour cream

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the vinegar, lime juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt if desired, oregano and cumin. If veggies aren't cooked enough for your liking, you can bake them more while the chicken rests. Combine the oil, chili powder, cumin and salt. Drizzle over chicken mixture; toss to coat.

Steps to make Chicken Fajitas:
  1. In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons oil, lemon juice and seasonings; add the chicken. Turn to coat; cover. Refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
  2. While chicken is marinating, prepare and cut your peppers and onions.
  3. In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, sauté peppers and onions in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Drain chicken, discarding marinade. In the same skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-6 minutes. Return pepper mixture to pan; heat through.
  5. Spoon filling down the center of tortillas; fold in half. Serve with desired toppings.

Combine the oil, chili powder, cumin and salt. Drizzle over chicken mixture; toss to coat. Easy Chicken Fajitas are one of our all-time favorite dinners.
