Cook on both sides until golden. Remove from heat, cut into fours. Repeat process until all quesadillas are made. Enjoy with yohr favorite toppings!

Repeat with the remaining tortillas, cheese, beef, and vegetables. Serve with the crema, guacamole, and pico. Angus steak, sautéed green peppers, onions, and melted low-moisture mozzarella cheese baked in a whole wheat tortilla. Served with a side of fresh housemade pico de gallo.
