Add the finely grated carrot, minced celery, minced green onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Do not over crowd in the fryer.

Steps to make Chicken Wing Balls:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer and mix thoroughly.
  2. Using a small icecream scoop or hands. Make meatballs into approximately 2 inch in diameter balls
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 12 minutes.
  4. Deep fry the meatballs as soon as they are removed from oven in batches at 350°F for 2 minutes to get a slightly crispy exterior. Do not over crowd in the fryer.
  5. Eat plain or cover with your favorite wing sauce or powder.

Add the finely grated carrot, minced celery, minced green onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Do not over crowd in the fryer. In a large bowl add ground chicken, celery, green onions, garlic, carrot, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, egg and panko. Using your hands mix everything together until combined. Ground chicken meatballs, so there's even more reason to feel like these are practically health food!
