  4. Add the noodles to the pot and boil the broth and boil for 9 minutes. Let the mixture simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Fry the eggs sunny side up, put the Ramen-UDON soup in bowls, and put the grilled spam and fried eggs on top of the broth in the bowls.

The broth is rich and creamy and they also have a variety of appetizers to choose from. The chashu is very juicy and very tasty. The portion was okay for me but they also have extra toppings on the menu so you can add whatever you want to add to your ramen. I ordered a vegetable and tofu ramen soup. It was delicious but just too big for me to finish.
