  13. Add to the boiling juices.
  14. Let gently boil for 15 minutes stirring occasionally mix the cornstarch and water and add. Stir while it simmers for 5 minutes cover and turn off heat.
  15. Serve this will go good with your favorite ice cream.

Heat over medium-high heat till they come to a light boil. Combine blackberries, sugar, water and nutmeg in a saucepan on top of the stove. Bring to a boil, then turn down to medium boil and cover the pot. In a bowl whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix the milk into the flour mixture with a spoon.
