  8. Arrange remaining berries (I used fresh raspberries and blackberries) on top.
  9. Sprinkle silvered almonds over the berries.
  10. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the oats have absorbed all the liquid.
  11. Leave in the oven with the door half open for few minutes.
  12. Serve immediately while hot. It goes very well with vanilla ice cream on top :) Can be served cold too.

Place half the oat mixture in the baking dish, top with half the berries, and then top with the remaining oat mixture. Whisk the eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and melted butter/coconut oil. Top the oats with the remaining berries.
