  2. Mix together flour, baking powder and 1 cup sugar. Add milk stirring just till combined. Pour over melted butter in pan. Do not mix.
  3. Mix fruit with sugar in saucepan and mix well. Heat to boiling stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add cinnamon. Mix again to combine. Pour over cake ingredients in pan. Do not mix.
  4. Place pan on tinfoil lined baking sheet. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown.
