An old fashioned recipe made new by cooking So a couple cloves of minced garlic went in the pot. Overall this is a pretty forgiving recipe. Feel free to add more or less of any of the ingredients. Press the saute button on the Instant Pot and adjust heat to high.

  4. Once onion start to turn translucent. Add in chicken broth and white wine. Stir while scraping the bottom of the pot.
  5. Stir in salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Then stir in 1/2 of the cream.
  6. Add in russet potatoes. Seal the instant pot. Set on high pressure if needed and cook for 5 minutes. Then allow a 5 minute natural release. Release rest of pressure.. Remove lid.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese and rest of heavy cream. Cancel keep warm and turn high saute back on.
  8. Mix together the corn starch and water.
  9. Once mixture in pot comes to a boil mix in corn starch/water mixture and stir untill sauce thickens.
  10. Turn off instant pot and remove inner pot.
  11. Plate up and top with the parsley.
  12. Enjoy!!

Feel free to add more or less of any of the ingredients. Press the saute button on the Instant Pot and adjust heat to high. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the country ribs and brown both sides in the Instant Pot. We like to eat our pork and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes because it goes well with the tangy sauerkraut and garlicky kielbasa.
