  2. Prepare granulated sugar

Instructions to make Guinness Beer Tiramisu:
  1. Separate yolks from egg whites
  2. Beat yolks with half of the sugar
  3. Add mascarpone cheese to the yolks and stir
  4. Beat egg whites gently adding the rest of the sugar; keep beating until stiff
  5. Gently mix the two above (yolks and whites) together, using a spoon from below upwards
  6. Put a first thin layer of custard at the bottom of your casserole
  7. Soak each ladyfinger in Guinness for just a second
  8. Create a layer of ladyfinger upon the custard one
  9. Cover with custard
  10. Second ladyfingers layer!
  11. Cover again with our Tiramisu custard
  12. Sprinkle cocoa powder all over and put Tiramisu in the refrigerator for 2 hours before eating
