  14. Get 20 Fried anchovies
  15. Get 1 tsp salt
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
  17. Prepare 2 boiled egg
  18. Take 1 cucumber (sliced)
  19. Prepare 1/2 sweet onion (thinly sliced)
  20. Take peanuts
  21. Prepare Chicken
  22. Take 2 tbsp belachan
  23. Make ready 1 egg
  24. Make ready potato starch
  25. Get 1 chicken stock
  26. Take 1 tsp sugar
Instructions to make Nasi Lemak:
  1. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.
  2. Blend the ingredients for the sambal.
  3. In a pot, add sambal paste and oil.
  4. Then add the 1/2 onions, fried anchovies, salt and sugar. (do not add fried shallots, it will make it bitter!)
  5. Cover chicken with the potato starch and deep fried it.
  6. Cook the rice now.
  7. Serve rice with peanuts, cucumber, sambal and chicken.
