  1. First of all knead the dough by using all the ingredients of Naan and keep it aside for half an hour.
  2. Meanwhile put a kadai on flame add 1 teaspoon oil, put whole garam masala and crackle it then add chopped onion, garlic stir it for a while then add chopped tomatoes, stir it for a while, add cashew nuts and cover the lid for five minutes then keep it for cooling and grind it in grinder to make thick paste.By using sieve filter out fine paste
  3. Put kadai on flame, add one teaspoon oil, add turmeric and degi mirch, stir it for few seconds then add fine paste which you already made, add salt and cook it for five minutes then add paneer cubes or triangle shape paneer add a pinch of sugar and cook it for two three minutes, sprinkle kastsuri methi and serve it hot with Naan.
  4. For Naan put tawa on heat, make oval shape Naan grease it with water so that it gets sticked to tawa, cook it for a minute then turn tawa on flame and cook the other side of Naan, take out and spread a little butter on it and serve it hot.
