4. pour the cocoa mixture into a mug
5. crush up desired amount of mini oreos in a ziplock bag and sprinkle it onto the hot cocoa
6. drizzle chocolate syrup on it and enjoy!

Add in Oreos and stir until mostly dissolved. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, if desired. Warm up milk and on the stove over medium low heat. Be careful not to let it boil. I have used both regular hot chocolate and candy cane hot chocolate powder.
