  9. If there are any empty cups, line the bottoms with water to prevent scorching of the pan.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes. Test one with a toothpick to be sure muffins are done.
  11. Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes then place muffins on a cooling rack.
