  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 inch, you can also use a 11x7 pan if you want your cobbler thicker.

  3. Place butter in a small saucepan on med high heat, melt butter but continue to watch it and stir constantly til it turns a light brownish color, it will get a slight nutty smell. Remove from heat.
  4. Using a whisk or mixer, whisk together cake mix and brown butter til you get a crumbly mixture.
  5. Pour blueberry mixture into bottom of pan and sprinkle cake mix crumbles over the top. Bake for 40 min or until a nice golden brown color on top. Serve with vanilla icecream if you so wish! :)
  6. You could use any berries you like in this recipe, you can also use any cake mix. I have done strawberry mix with strawberries, I have also done blueberries with pineapple flavored cake mix which was awesome! Be creative about it!!
