  4. On bread pan coat with any oil or butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds to stick.
  5. Fill the bread pan with the mixed batter. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and raisins on top.
  6. Bake at 200 degreed celcius for 35 mins. Done šŸ¤Ž

Basically this oatmeal loaf is made from oats and yogurt (I use greek yogurt for more proteins) to which you can add whatever extras you prefer. I like to make this oatmeal loaf similar to a bread, sometimes adding some dried black currants for a sweet bite. In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground beef, oats, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, milk and egg. It's not glamorous, but I find that it's best to just get in there and use your hands to mix it all together! Or, give this gluten-free sourdough a shot, that loaf looks so tempting!
