  6. Add a third of coconut milk and mix well.
  7. Keep alternating flour and coconut milk until all combined well together.
  8. Add coconut flakes and mix well.
  9. Coat bundt pan generously with cooking spray or whatever you use for baking. I use a homemade cake release. I'll post that recipe for those who are interested.
  10. Bake for 60 minutes.
  11. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  12. Turn pan over onto cake plate and the cake should release with no problem.
  13. Spoon glaze over cake.
  14. Enjoy!!!!
