  2. Get 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  3. Make ready 1/2 Cup Honey
  4. Prepare 2 tablespoon Butter
  5. Take 1/2 Cup milk
  6. Get 1 teaspoon Salt
  7. Make ready 1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  8. Get 1.5 cups Water or less

Steps to make Honey Oats Leopard Bread:
  1. In a bowl take warm water 3 tbsp, add sugar and yeast and let it get proofed for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl take rolled oats,flour, yeast, honey & salt and incorporate well.
  3. Mix lukewarm milk and oil together and add it to the flour mix.
  4. Start kneading dough and make soft dough either by electric mixer. I have done with hands by kneading for 40-50 turns.
  5. Make 3 parts of dough, Cover the bigger part and let it rest for 15 minutes..
  6. For other 2 parts add different colors, give a gentle knead so that dough get colored.
  7. Start shaping the dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for an hour. It will get almost doubled. - Preheat oven to 375° F & bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  9. Tip:: After the first 15 minutes, cover the top of the loaf with a foil tent to prevent over-browning. Check it after 30 minutes by pricking tooth pick into it.

You should hear a hollow sound. Honey Oat is one of my favourite no knead bread variations - hands down! It's just a little bit sweet with delicious fibre-filled oats, and it's so hearty and filling. We love to use this slightly sweet artisan bread for sandwiches, but it's also delicious alongside soups, stews and chili! Once the flour is added, the dough will be slightly tacky but hold its shape while it's kneaded.
