  2. Add your fried sauce to your cooked meat.
  3. Stir till well mixed and add you oxtail soup to thicken your stew.

This lamb curry is made by slow cooking lamb shanks and chunks of lamb shoulder in a flavorful curry base with chopped apple, potatoes, onions, garlic, lemon, and raisins until it is fall apart tender. Pat lamb dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl. Add spice mix to large bowl and toss.
