  2. Add remaining ingredients except beans and simmer on low 15- 20 mins
  3. Add beans and simmer about 10 minutes
  4. Add water or beer as necessary to obtain desired consistency

I guess I finally have a signature dish, haha. Heat olive in a large soup pot. Add ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon. Give your chili a tropical twist when you add mango to it. If you're not a chili traditionalist, well, you better believe this is a good idea.
