  1. Prepare For Tikki :
  2. Prepare 4 big sized Boiled Potatoes smashed
  3. Make ready 1 cup Veggies(carrots,beans, green peas,onions,green chilli,etc)
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Finely chopped Green Coriander Leaves
  5. Get to taste Salt
  6. Get 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  8. Get 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
  9. Make ready 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  10. Make ready 3 tbsp Maida
  11. Make ready as required Water
  12. Make ready as required Bread Crumbs for coating
  13. Prepare Oil for deep frying
  14. Prepare For Assembling Burger :
  15. Take 4 Burger Buns
  16. Prepare as required Butter
  17. Get as required Mayonnaise
  18. Take as required Mustard Sauce
  19. Get as required Chilli Sauce
  20. Prepare as required Tomato Ketchup
  21. Prepare Leaves as required Lettuce
  22. Take 2 Medium sized Tomatoes round sliced
  23. Get 2 Medium sized Onion round sliced
Instructions to make Aloo Tikki Burger !!:
  1. Finely chop all the veggies and take in a mixing bowl. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped green coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and bread crumbs (2tbsp). Mix all very well.
  2. Divide in 4 equal parts, make balls and flatten with palms to give shape of the tikki, roll them in bread crumbs and keep aside.
  3. Mix corn flour and maida. Add little water to make slurry. Dip the prepared tikkis in slurry and again coat the tikkis with bread crumbs and keep aside.
  4. Heat up the oil on medium flame. Deep fry all the prepared tikkis on medium flame till they turn golden brown from both sides. Remove on paper napkin to drain excess oil.
  5. Take one burger bun and slice it horizontally in two parts. Roast both the slices with butter on tawa.
  6. Assembling Burger : Apply some mustard sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup on bottom part of the bun. Keep some lettuce leaves on it. Keep one prepared tikki on lettuce leaves, followed by tomato slices and onion slices. Put some sauces and then some mayonnaise. Cover with the top part (slice) of the bun.
  7. Crunchy Golden Potato Veggies tikki's sandwiched in burger buns with sauces and salads is ready to serve. Serve immediately with French Fries.
