Methi pulav is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. They are fine and they look fantastic. Methi pulav is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have methi pulav using 19 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Methi pulav:
  1. Get 1 cup methi leaves
  2. Make ready 2 cups basmati rice
  3. Get 1 onion
  4. Get Boiled 1 potato, 2 carrots and beans
  5. Take 4 tsp coconut
  6. Take 2 tsp ghee
  7. Take Cardamom
  8. Make ready 4 cloves
  9. Make ready 1 cinnamon stick
  10. Take 2 tsp poppy seeds
  11. Make ready 0.5 cup coriander leaves
  12. Make ready 1 bay leaf
  13. Prepare 1 cup green peas
  14. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  15. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  16. Get 1 tsp bisibelebath powder
  17. Prepare 1 green chilli
  18. Take Cashews
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon concentrated

Methi (fenugreek) leaves are mildly bitter in taste, having significant medicinal values. Methi Pulao Recipe with slow taste of Methi (Fenugreek) makes casserole even more delicious. Which is a very good confluence of fenugreek properties along with the finest taste of casserole. Healthy Pulao/Pulav prepared with chopped Methi or Fenugreek leaves, Cashews and spicy ingredients mixed with cooked Rice and Kabuli Chana.

Steps to make Methi pulav:
  1. Soak basmati rice in water for at least 30 minutes. Soak more time for better texture
  2. In a pan take ghee + cumin seeds + bay leaf + cinnamon stick. Sauté for awhile and ginger garlic paste and onions and sauté until it turns golden brown
  3. In a mixer take coconut + coriander leaves + poppy seeds+ cardamom + cloves + green chilli and grind a rough mixture
  4. Now add methi leaves to the pan and sauté for few minutes. Add the mixture from step 2 here and mix well.
  5. Now add half boiled vegetables + green peas salt + cashews + bisibele bath powder + lemon. Once it boils add soaked basmati rice and add equal proportion of water and cook for 20 minutes in medium flame.
  6. Serve it hot with salad

Which is a very good confluence of fenugreek properties along with the finest taste of casserole. Healthy Pulao/Pulav prepared with chopped Methi or Fenugreek leaves, Cashews and spicy ingredients mixed with cooked Rice and Kabuli Chana.
