  1. Dry roast poha and semolina separately until light brown
  2. Once cool, grind both (just 5 strokes)
  3. Keep a deep pan add 1tbs ghee and fry cashew nut and dry grapes
  4. In the same pan add boiled milk and water, let it boil, add food colour and salt and reduce flame. Then Add sugar
  5. Mix well, now add ground poha and semolina mix slowly and keep stir in very low flame.
  6. Add rose essence cover and cook for 5 min, now add remaning ghee
  7. Spread the sweet in a plate, decorate with cashew and dry grapes and serve hot

Most revani recipes just ask for semolina. Take poha in a colander and wash under running water for a minute. Leave aside for ten to fifteen minutes. Rawa Laddoo are sweet balls prepared using Semolina. This would always be made and stored in a big box at home.
