Hello everybody, it is Louise, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, spinach quiche. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Spinach Quiche is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. Spinach Quiche is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

This spinach quiche is Trish's "go-to" brunch dish. The combination of heavy cream and Gruyère makes it rich and flavorful. There's also a good bit of spinach, which balances out all that richness and makes it just a little bit healthier. To simplify things, I recommend using a store-bought crust.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook spinach quiche using 12 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Spinach Quiche:
  1. Get 275 grams spinach (defrosted)
  2. Make ready 300 grams mince beef, or bacon bits
  3. Make ready 100 grams mushrooms
  4. Prepare 1 onion
  5. Make ready 10 cherry tomatoes
  6. Make ready 3 clove garlic
  7. Prepare 200 grams feta
  8. Get 200 grams cheddar
  9. Take 1 puff pastry fit for a 23cm size cake
  10. Make ready 100 grams almonds
  11. Get 4 eggs
  12. Prepare 250 ml milk / cream / creme fraiche

Spread the spinach into the bottom of the pie crust; top with bacon, Cheddar cheese, and green onion. Pour the egg mixture over the filling, and sprinkle the quiche with Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat, uncover, and stir. Stir in spinach and bell pepper.

Instructions to make Spinach Quiche:
  1. Preheat oven to 190 C, or gas oven 5.
  2. Butter a 23cm cake form and put in the puff pastry so it covers bottom and sides.
  3. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the onions and garlic until they're caramelised. Add the meat until its brown at which point you can add the mushrooms and spinach. Leave it standing until most of the vegetable juice has evaporated. At which point you can crush the almonds and add them, add the feta and half the cheddar. Stir this through a bit longer while seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour the mix into he cake form.
  4. Mix the milk with the eggs in a bowl and pour it over the mix in the came form. Let it mix a bit. Half the cherry tomatoes and put them on top.
  5. Put the pie into the oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar on top of it and return it to the oven for another 35 minutes. Leave the finished quiche resting for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Tip: If you're afraid that your mix will be too moist when adding it to the cake, you can spread some mustard over the cake form priorly And let it dry a bit.

Remove from heat, uncover, and stir. Stir in spinach and bell pepper. Stir in spinach mixture and pepper; blend well. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter. This spinach quiche has three different kinds of cheese - cream cheese, cheddar and parmesan.
