Saute tomatoes in drippings until tender. Cut bacon into thirds, then cut each third in half lengthwise. Repeat until all tomatoes and wrapped in bacon. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp.

  1. Bring 1 pot of water and olive oil to a boil. Add pasta and cook until soft. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, chop bacon, onion and artichoke hearts and place in pan. Add diced tomato and garlic and sautée.
  3. Add sautéed mixture to pasta bad top with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Repeat until all tomatoes and wrapped in bacon. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. Remove from heat; stir in bread crumbs, tomatoes and parsley.
