  6. Grind the sesame seeds.
  7. Making the sauce. In a small pot, medium heat, add all the ingredients of ☆ until it's boiled. Turn off the heat. Pour sesame oil.
  8. Cooking the meat. In the medium pan, medium high heat, drizzle vegetable oil and sauté meat until it changed the color. 5 minutes. Break the meat into small pieces.
  9. Now mix all the ingredients of ●

  11. Dip the noodles one bite at a time. Add the meat and scallions as you like 😍. It’s so yummy 😋

After pasta is done cooking and drained, add to a large glass bowl. In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, water, broth and soy sauce until everything is well combined and smooth. Add an optional squirt of Sriracha or hot sauce if you like some heat. Toss the Sesame Noodles with some Soy-Ginger Vinaigrette and some fresh mesclun greens. Place the noodle salad on a plate and top with the cooked sesame chicken.
