  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 8 by 8 inch baking pan with non stick spray
  2. Peel and pit peaches and slicei im to 1/2 inch slices
  3. In a bowl combine peache with lemon juice, cornstarch and sugar
  4. Lay peaches in prepared pan
  5. In another bowl combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, toffee chips and salt, whisk to blend
  6. Add butter and with a pastry cutter or fork combine until clumps form
  7. Sprinkle evenly over peaches and bake 40 to a 50 minutes until center is tender and bubbling. If after 30 minutes if it's golden and crisp tent with foil until done. Let sit a few minutes to cool serve warm with ice cream and whipped cream
