  4. Add Eggs and allow to sit for few minutes, until the eggs begin to cook. Stir occasionally, until the eggs are nearly fully & evenly cooked. Turn off heat. Eggs will finish in the hot pan. Taste for seasoning.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
