  9. Close the lid of the rice cooker. Make sure the button "COOK" is on.
  10. After the rice is cooked, sprinkle with green onion.

Add the water, stir just to combine. Cook on the regular white rice cycle. Fluff the rice with a plastic rice paddle, or wooden spoon. Place in a serving dish, and garnish with. My rice cooker is probably the most used small appliance in my kitchen.
