  7. Make ready 1 Orange, cut in half. (Squeeze about 1/2 of the Juice and then place in the pot.)
  8. Make ready 6 cups water
  9. Make ready 2 celery stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces
  10. Make ready 1 yellow onion, cut into quarters
  11. Make ready 3 large garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  12. Get 4 bay leaves

Mix together butter and garlic powder. Pour butter mixture over the platter or serve on the side for dipping. Garnish with additional Old Bay and/or cajun seasoning. What Do You Serve With Low Country Boil?

Steps to make Low Country Boil (with a Cajun flair!):
    1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray
    1. Add water, garlic, and crawfish boil seasoning. Stir well.
    1. Add potatoes, onion, celery, bay leaves, 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange.
    1. Cook on HIGH 2 ½ hours.
    1. Add sausage and corn. Cook an additional hour.
    1. Stir in shrimp gently and cook 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
    1. Remove bay leaves before serving.
