The ingredients needed to make Meatloaf…and some beers!:
  1. Make ready 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  2. Take 6 slice white bread
  3. Take 1 cup milk
  4. Make ready 6 clove garlic
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup white onion
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  7. Get 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  8. Take 3 tbsp honey
  9. Prepare 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  10. Take 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  11. Get 1/2 cup spinach
  12. Take 1/3 cup brown sugar
  13. Take 1/4 cup bacon bits
  14. Take 1 1/2 cup ketchup, separated
  15. Take 1 eggs
  16. Take 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions to make Meatloaf…and some beers!:
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Soak 6 slices of bread in milk for several minutes or until soggy
  3. Mix together beef, onions, spinach, garlic, ranch, pepper, half cup ketchup, bacon bits, a few drops of soy sauce, half of the parmesean cheese, eggs and bread until completely blended
  4. Butter a loaf pan and press contents of the mixture into the pan
  5. To make the topping, mix together 1 cup of ketchup, 1 tbs honey, soy sauce, mustard, rest of parmesean cheese and and brown sugar
  6. Pour 1/3 of topping on meatloaf and place into the oven for 20 mintues
  7. Remove from oven and use the rest of the ketchup mixture on the top of the meatloaf and stick back into the oven for 15 minutes
  8. Enjoy with fries or as a sammich…and don't forget the beers!
