  1. First take a Bowl add water, yeast,sugar mix and keep it aside for 15 mins.once it's frothy then it's ready to use..
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the yeast mixture.. Egg.milk and flour and salt mix well.you can use mixer to mix well until it form nice and sticky dough. And lastly add butter mix another 2 mins.now cover it and leave the dough to rest for at least 2 hours.till it's nice and puffy.
  3. Then take the dough mix it once.then roll it into a big round roti.and cut it long strips and again cut strip into half now in the middle add 1tsp biriyani and stick it up with water and press it with the fork in all the sides.and now it's ready to fry.
  4. Then take a pan for frying add oil.wait till it's hot. Then add the beignets and keep it on medium heat and fry.once it turns golden brown take it out. The beignets are ready to serve.can be served with tomato sauce or mayo and also with some fresh lime and slice of onion…it tastes yum..
