  12. Prepare 1 tbsp Sea salt
  13. Prepare 2 1/2 tsp Ground pepper
  14. Prepare 2 tsp Onion powder
  15. Make ready 1 tsp Garlic powder
  16. Take 1 1/2 tsp Parsley
  17. Get 1 tsp Red pepper flakes - Optional
Steps to make Crock Pot Roast Beef Stew:
  1. Pat dry roast with paper towel and season.
  2. Place roast in crock pot and add water & wine. Liquid should cover about 1 1/2 inches of the bottom or so.
  3. Add garlic cloves and vegetables around the roast. They do not have to be under water
  4. Place the sprigs of rosemary on top the roast. Cover and turn on LOW for about 5 hours or until roast falls apart.
  5. TIP: After a few hours spoon liquid over roast and repeat a few times.
  6. Serve by pulling desired amount of roast with tongs and spooning the stew. ENJOY!
  7. TIP: Try serving over rice.
