  5. Place pepper halves into pan with 1/4 inch of water on bottom of pan.
  6. Top each pepper half with cheese mixture (mozzarella and parmesan). If preferred, cheese can be added after baking.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
