You just need to soak whole moong bean overnight and then left it in a warm place with covered cloth, so that they can easily start sprouting. To make sprouted moong salad, all you need to do is dump in all the ingredients together mix well and relish the tasty recipe. So to make healthy moong salad, combine sprouted and boiled moong, cabbage, tomatoes, carrot, coriander, onions, lemon juice, green chillies, black salt and mix everything well. additionally, add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, jaggery and salt. saute on low flame till the masala gets cooked well completely and releases oil from sides. further add sprouted moong dal. also add water and mix well.   1. First take oats and roast without oil like pink brown color
  2. Take a pressure cooker and add oil and add mustard and jeera let it crackles
  3. Add green chilli garlic and ginger paste and curry patta
  4. Then add all veggies and roast
  5. Then add all spices and salt and garam masala
  6. Then add sprouts moong and oats and 2 bowl water and cook for 3 whistle.
  7. Then cool the pressure cooker
  8. Open the cooker and serve khichdi
  9. Enjoy hot and healthy khichdi with buttermilk curd and papad
