  7. Bake about 45 minutes until just set. Remove from water bath and cool to room temperature then refrigerate until cold
  8. Brulee tops
  9. Sprinkle sugar evenly over tops
  10. Using a torch caramelize sugar
  11. Serve with berries and whipped cream
