  6. Remove legs to cool for de-boning.
  7. Add juice to saucepan that has mushroom soup with gravy mix in. Stir over medium heat to form gravy. Remove bay leaf.
  8. Chop up deboned meat (be sure no cartilage remains) and add to gravy.
  9. Serve in bowls over ripped apart French bread.

These Easy Hot Turkey Sandwiches happen to be another very frequent meal that I serve. Pull turkey apart into BIG bite size pieces. Layer up potatoes, turkey, and lumps of stuffing, (in that order), putting a tiny knob of butter and a scant sprinkling of S& P onto the potatoes with each layer. Save a layer of potatoes for the top. Cut the entire pack of hawaiian rolls in half, horizontally (keeping all top and bottom halves separately in tact).
