  2. Get 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Get 1/2 tsp salt

  7. Make ready 1 egg
  8. Take 2 tsp vanilla extract
  9. Take 1 cup frozen blueberries

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl
  2. Grate in the frozen butter. Crumb into the flour mixture using your hands
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, egg, and vanilla before adding to the flour mixture and forming a wet dough
  4. Mix in frozen berries
  5. Gather the dough into a ball and tip onto parchment paper. Press into an 8 inch disc. Use a pastry cutter to divide the dough into 8 equal wedges
  6. Brush the wedges with some of the remaining coconut milk. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with the parchment paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
  7. Preheat oven to 400F
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
